esperta GmbH does not sell the product itself. This page explains whose terms apply when you buy the Sleeping Battery.

No direct sales

esperta GmbH invented and developed the Sleeping Battery. Under a cooperation agreement, the product is manufactured and distributed by Sleeping Battery B.V., Zweihaak 1, 4251 LT Werkendam, Netherlands.

esperta GmbH operates neither an online shop nor direct sales to end customers. We do not conclude purchase contracts for the product, do not accept orders, and do not handle payment, shipping or returns.

Which terms apply?

A purchase contract for the Sleeping Battery is concluded exclusively between you and Sleeping Battery B.V. Ordering, prices, payment, delivery, cancellation, warranty and guarantee are therefore governed solely by that company’s terms and conditions:
